The reception staff made us feel at home: lovable and helpful, always concerned about our stay. Excellent location, close to many turistic points. We are missing the hostel. Highly recommended!

New and morden. Quite close to subway and bus stops.
Private room faced the main streeet and quite noisy at night, a bit expensive about usd 100 per room as compared with others in the same district. Breakfast has only bread, cake and cereal without hot items E.G. egg.

Great hostel that feels like a hotel except for the fact that there is 4 beds per room, and not 1. Service is very good, location is excellent, facilities are clean, and beds are newer and very comfortable....

The staff at the front desk at all hours were most helpful and knowledgable about the areas of ba and the public trasnportation system. It made our stay very comfortableandreduced the stress of going out into the city and finding the many places of interest and aslo where to go and where to be carefull.
No real complaints just a personal thing: the complementary breckfast was "ALways" the same day after day possibly change it every other day or two; oh the private rooms should be away from the street and noise that sometimes lasted all night into the morning.

The location is very good. The staff is excellent and very helpfull. It's in the heart of San Telmo which is a very interesting Barrio. The spaces and services are very good.
A little bit noisy on the street side. Maybe the room space is a little narrow, and the sink on the bed side, although making a point on being different, not very practical.

This hostel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, close to downtown and in the old part of town. It's ideal for exploring different areas and attractions. the private rooms are clean and comfortable, with daily room service available. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing great tips and information about the city. the hostel also offers walking tours, which are informative and give you a great sense of the city's culture.
The breakfast, although paid for separately, is not of very good quality. the eggs were inedible on the days we opted for this addition.

The staff has been very helpful. I've left my glasses in dorm when check-out. But they could help me to find it and keep it for my return. Very helpful!

The hostel was well equipped with everything that I needed for a week long stay. I was able to exchange dollars for pesos, get a an electric plug, and a proper breakfast. The staff was incredibly knowledgable as well. They were able to give recommendations and quickly make reservations for me. I enjoyed the hostel even more because it was conducive to meeting other travellers and building friendships. During the morning tours and breakfast, I was able to easily speak with others and make plans for the day. Finally, the hostel is in an excellent location. There is a plethora of good restaurants around, pastry shoppes, shoppes and supermarkets, the subte is just a few minutes away, and plenty of buses are located nearby. I loved staying at America del Sur.
The first two days I was able to get spotty wireless service in my room on the third floor. However, I had to go down to the basement after day two of my trip to connect to the wireless or down to the lounge. It would have been wonderful if the access was available on all floors.

We had a wonderful time during our romantic escape at this hostel. The staff members were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The location was perfect, with a grocery store and several bars and restaurants nearby. We also loved the cozy common area where we could relax and enjoy our time together. The clean toilets were a big plus, ensuring that we had a pleasant and hygienic stay.
There were a few issues that we encountered during our stay. The breakfast options could have been better, especially for those looking for healthier choices.
